Tampa Party And Event Rental Delivery Map
-Delivery-
We deliver anywhere in the metro area! Our delivery route starts at 6:00a.m. in central Tampa. About 275 and Hillsborough. We route "Closest" to "Farthest" from this location for delivery. All time sensitive deliveries take priority. Typically we will have all of our deliveries complete by 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. But this delivery time may vary. We can arrive anytime during the delivery window pending our route for the day. We cannot guarantee any delivery time unless a special delivery is requested and paid for.
Special Deliveries are subject to a first come first serve basis by time frame and range in price from $30 - $50.
- Exact Timed Deliveries -
*Hourly rentals will be delivered on the schedule you request. We will arrive about 30 minutes early to allow for setup
- DELIVERY FEE -
All deliveries are assessed a per mile delivery charge with the first 10 miles free. Deliveries over 10 miles and up to 25 miles will be charged $1.89 per mile. Deliveries over 25 miles will be charged an additional $0.61 per mile for a total of $2.50 per mile after the 25th mile.
-Pick Ups-
Pick ups are scheduled in reverse the next morning. We will typically begin pick ups after we have finished all deliveries for the day. If your equipment will be delivered to another event in the morning we can arrive as early as 6:00 a.m. Pick ups can be as late as 5:00p.m on an extremely busy day but will typically be complete by 2:00 p.m.
Special Pick Ups are subject to a first come first serve basis by time frame and range in price from $30 - $50.
* Hourly rentals will be shut down exactly at the end of the rental time frame and will require about 45 minutes to teardown.
All time sensitive deliveries and pickups take priority and are subject to first come first serve basis. Please call or email our office if you need to verify your delivery method, schedule, or options.
We do all the work! We'll bring out the equipment the morning of your event. Our trained and professional staff will setup according to the highest industry standards for safety. You will be given instruction on proper use and emergency procedures. Then we return to tear down and pick up our equipment. All you need to do is order online!
Residential
If you are having your event at a private residence you will need to choose your rental items from our Residential Category.
Residential Events will Always Include The Following:
- Professional setup and tear down by a friendly and experienced crew the morning of your event between 6:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. with pickup the next day between 6:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.
Residential events are allowed at any private residence or property that can accomodate to the delivery and pickup window and will have 24 hour survailance, locked facility, or physical presence to monitor the equipment.
If a special delivery or pick up is required you can choose them during checkout.
Churches And Schools
If you are having your event at a church or school you will need to choose your rental items from our Church And School Category.
If your church or school requires a certificate of insurance we will need the following: - "Name" of Required "Certificate Holder" ( Usually the School, PTA or church name. ) - "Email Address" of the certificate holder to present the Certificate Of Insurance to. - "Physical Address" of the venue you intend to have your event at. - "Date" of your event.
Your Rental will be delivered and Picked Up exactly at your requested times. You will be required to be on site for the duration the rental. If we arrive for delivery and are unable to setup for any reason you will be charged 50% of your total. If we cannot contact you at the time of delivery we must proceed to the next delivery and add a $50.00 re-delivery fee to your total. For re-delivery you will be placed LAST on our delivery route and we will require you to call our office to request re-delivery.
Private Venues
If you are having your event at a private venue you will need to choose your rental items from our Private Venue Category.
You will be required to call the venue and retrieve all information needed to present the insurance certificate including: - "Name" of Required "Certificate Holder" ( Usually thevenue or company name. ) - "Email Address" of the certificate holder to present the Certificate Of Insurance to. - "Physical Address" of the venue you intend to have your event at. - "Date" of your event. The easiest way to attain this information is to Google the park in question and call the number associated with that park. Or visit the website provided by Google and look for a Contact section.
Your Rental will be delivered and Picked Up exactly at your requested times. You will be required to be on site for the duration the rental. If we arrive for delivery and are unable to setup for any reason you will be charged 50% of your total. If you can not adhere to our regular delivery as explained above you will require a special delivery. Special delivery has a cost ranging from $30.00 - $100.00 and will be added to the total of the rental. You will be given an option to choose your special delivery time at checkout. We will not be late for this requested delivery time. In the event a special delivery time cannot be met you will be contacted and given the best delivery times available to choose from. Special delivery is available first come first serve and while slots last. All special delivery requests must be reviewed by our staff upon completion of your rental to be approved.
Special Pick Up
If you can not adhere to our regular pick up as explained above you will require a special pick up. This pick up has a cost ranging from $30.00- $150.00 and will be added to the total of the rental. You will be given an option to choose your special pick up time at checkout. We try our best to be exactly on time for a special pick up. In the event we have multiple special delivery requests for the same time we abide by our first come first serve policy. In the event a special pick up time cannot be met you will be given the best pick up times available to choose from. Special pick up is available first come first serve and while slots last. All special pick up requests must be reviewed by our staff upon completion of your rental to be approved.
